OUR MISSION AND OBJECTIVE

The mission of the FDNY Phoenix Society is to be the cultural bridge amongst the FDNY, its employees, and the Asian communities of New York City.

The objective is to be united in the effort of promoting the interests and welfare of New York City Fire Department (FDNY) personnel who are Asians, Asian Americans or those of Asian descent.

The FDNY Phoenix Society seeks to enhance the Asian American community and New York City Fire Department (FDNY) by networking amongst those interested in professional and personal development, while emphasizing the preservation of Asian American identity. The society provides resources and guidance that inspire, empower, develop and support professionalism within the FDNY to become community-oriented leaders. The FDNY Phoenix Society specifically strives to promote Community Relation, Career Growth, Leadership, Networking, Public Service, and most importantly family-oriented events.
